"Every install is unique and sometimes hidden problems do occur. But, STARDOT is committed to our customer's happiness and that is one of many reasons we work off of a fixed bid system. Prices only change when customer's add things to the contract that is beyond the original scope of the work. Every effort is made to correct any problems and STARDOT does offer a 1 year warranty on all product."
