"Thank you for the review. I am disappointed that we didn't meet your expectations in our service. Our technician quoted a price range over the phone based on pictures and the description of what needed to be repaired and stated he would adjust the price once being onsite. The final charge for the work performed on site actually ended up being lower than the price range that was given over the phone. As for the expertise of our technician, while our technician was soldering and performing the work, someone at the location accidently turned the water on to the pipes that he was soldering. Soldering can not be performed with water in the pipes. If this is not how this transpired, please feel free to reach out to our office to discuss with a manager so we can take care of any other issues. Thanks! 619-316-5073"
