Michael helped me a lot with my washing machine. He talked me thru the protocol over telephone (regarding potential leak). I cancelled another company that kept us waiting for hours. Michael donated his services to us, he did a great thing and a great job. I would recommend him and use him in the future. Very very helpful!!

Home advisor was contacted to correct issues and nothing occurred although they insisted that they were taking the information and making an escalation claim. The guy apparently runs from house to house collecting deposits. Possibly estimate since Home Advisor will not reveal information 40-50 deposits per week. @$79 each $3950 per week doing no work. Do not join this club. He is dangerous and thinks he is TONY from the IRONMAN FILM. I hope Home advisor gets their act together. Update, home advisor took our information for the third time, we provided times for contact 9-5 and told them we would agree to a refund if made at the local POLICE STATION. Homeadvisor customer solutions made the unintelligent move to call at 7 p.m. and made it a three way call with my handicapped husband who could not speak to this issue. Why do your team members accept professionals who are unlicensed in the state of Florida and who do not call their customers after racing over to collect money for a service call?

I feel that he is dishonest by taking my money, ignoring my requests for a refund and not even returning my phone calls. He did not even do the repair.

"I spoke with the customer today and stated that I would give a refund of her money being she did not want to wait for the repair to be made and the parts that were paid for would be refunded in full minus the service call fee. The parts were ordered and are on my vehicle ready to be installed."

He is incredibly rude. He did not follow through on the project, and he has anger management issues. I had to hang up the phone when speaking to him about my missed appointment because he was so aggressive.

Stark took my money and never purchased the parts to repair my refrain. I notified home advisor and they did nothing to get my money back or get my appliance fixed. Never again Home Advisor.

Michael's customer service and communication skills were great over the phone, but we ended up paying $175 for a dryer vent tape job. We found out later that it was done incorrectly and now have to hire another to do our dryer vent job properly. Very disappointed since this guy sounded so trustworthy and knowledgeable over the phone. Lesson learned.

Very abusive to the tenant in the house. Also lied stating that the tenant broke the knob of what he had repaired. Once he finished project two days later it broke and wanted to be paid again in advance before he finished it again. Price was very high.

Friday afternoon at 6:00 pm. Contacted Michael, he said he'd be over in 15 minutes and he was. Diagnosed the issue with our dryer, and fixed it (with wet clothes still in it). Got us back up and running promptly, when we thought we'd have to wait until Monday... Professional, courteous, would certainly recommend Michael to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Do not use this clown. He is a total fraud. I paid $275 for a Sunday visit to fix a broken freezer. Michael claimed it was one thing but his repairs didnt work, so he tried another, which also didnt work. Then he spent a half hour in his truck for whatever reason. Then he said it needed a part which he would order. That was on August 5. It is now August 22. No parts. No working freezer and pieces of my freezer still strewn across my kitchen counter. Like many others who have posted reviews on Michael here, I have received no responses to multiple texts and he claims he will call but never does. Now I have to pay again for an actual professional to come do the work. And lets not forget his request that I make the check out to cash. Hmmm. Wonder why? Needless to say, Ill be filing formal complaints with all of the relevant agencies. And Home Advisor, you really need to stop allowing him to contact your members.

Michael is a fraud. he ripped me off for $537.00 he said he had to have to get my parts to make repair. he cashed my check within an hour after I gave it to him and never returned with the parts. He will not return my calls and has not called me in over a week. I am in process of filing criminal charges against him.

Unprofessional - Called this company because washer was making noise and only went with them because the tech/owner, Mike, was available the same day on a Saturday. However, after he left, he forgot to provide a receipt for the service charge for coming out. I called him for over a week and received the same excuse. Mike continued to string me along telling me his secretary should have emailed it to me. I NEVER received it. I would NOT hire this company again as they are very unprofessional and once they get your money, they will not want to do anything for you. Get everything in writing before giving him anything!!! Also, I called Home Advisors to let them know, but nothing came of it. Most likely won't use Home Advisors to find any repair companies in the future. Please Note: I would actually give 0 stars, but it's a required selection to write the review.
