Should be zero stars!!! The service call was for a noisy dryer. Michael showed up on 3/3 and said it was a ";simple fix"(his words) and I could continue using the dryer with no issues until he returned w/parts which was on 3/23!! When he put it back together the dryer would not start (shaking my head) and he needed to order the part. After a week of not hearing from him, I called him and Jenn 3xs at both numbers and sent an email. No response!! 2 weeks later and a ton of laundry to do - This "simple fix" cost me $329 for a unfinished job and an additional $160 (which the majority of this was service & labor fees I already paid Michael) to have the job finished. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Stark Appliance Services did a great job. They responded promptly, and arrived on time. The diagnosed problem correctly, ordered the right parts and repaired my appliance in timely manor. My appliance works great and I cannot say enough about how helpful and courteous this company was.
