Let me first say that I am a new homeowner. My boiler recently had a massive amount of issues. I started by contacting Xcel and Centrepoint to get their sales representatives out to my house. I did not have a good experience with both of the men that came to my house so I then asked a friend for a referral which ended up being Stark Heating & Air. (I live in So. Mpls and they were willing to make the trip!) They were at my house within 48 hours to look at the problem and provided a quote that was much more affordable than both Xcel and Centrepoint. Dean got the quote to me, I signed it, and the work was done just a week later. I fully intend on using Stark Heating & Air for anything I need in the future, you should too!

They came promptly when they said they would. Took the old A/C unit out, put in the new one, cleaned up their messes... all at a reasonable price. I would (and have) highly recommended them to friends!
