Wood Shake or Composite Roofing Installation and Replacement
Starweather does not have a lisence Labor & Industries (suspended) his registration. Mr Starkweather has NO bond it expired on07/30/03. Why do you rate him as 5 star? Mr Startweather took my check for $2100. and never did the job. I just threatened him with a lien or law suit and he delivered some on the materials but not enought to be $2100. He is a smooth con man. Why do you give him such high marks. What are you going to do to get my money back? I will sue as a last resort unless we can recover my $2100. Please advise.
