Chris was the first to respond to our urgent pest need, he was on time, enthusiastic, and extremely thorough in his work. He was polite, informative and answered my questions above and beyond my expectations. He made my wife and I feel very assured and confident that he could tackle the task. We had reason to believe that we may have had bed bugs, after he walked me through his complimentary detailed inspection, we found that there weren't any and did not try and sell us on "peace of mind" service or un-needed jobs, not even his time although we offered. We requested spray for sugar ants. We had them last year and the year before. Supreme pest came out and sprayed and they were gone. Supreme appears to be no longer in business. So we went back to HomeAdvisor and tried Starline. Chris sprayed for ants and advised if we saw more he would come back just as Supreme did. Only this time we had hundreds of bugs come up the drains. We called and Chris came out. He was unable to identify the ant like black bug. He called his mentor and his mentor could not identify as well. Chris put another solution down the drain. That night the black ant like bugs came back again with a vengeance We have no idea what we paid for but it has turned into a nightmare. Please provide us with a reliable service and refund., immediately please.

Chris exceeded any and all expectations! Extremely professional, polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. I love the fact he wore little booties torso he wouldn’t get out carpet dirty and he used a product that was family friendly (we have an infant in the house). Chris did come back out free of charge once the weather cleared up to ensure the ant problem was completely resolved. I can’t say enough about Chris. I would recommend him to family and friends without any hesitation. Chris is simply the best in the business!!!

I received a email response from Chris within minutes of initiating inquiry ( on a weekend). Chris scheduled an appointment within 48 hours and was punctual. He preformed the service as he educated me on the expectation of results. Chris was cordial and I would hire him again.
