The owner of Starr Pass was extremely pleasant and helpful in dealing with me and the insurance company. He explained the steps to be taken in the replacement of my roof He handled all correspondence before and after the roof was installed, then he told me exactly how the replacement of my roof would go. He came when the crew started the new roof, to make sure I was comfortable with what was going to happen. The crew was courteous and respectful of my house and surrounding areas. They did a great job, in Arizona heat, of installing the beautiful roof and they did another great job of cleaning up all around my house, after the roof was put on.. Several homes in my area have had their roofs replaced by Starr Pass and just seeing how the jobs were done, convinced me to call Starr Pass Roofing. I highly recommend Martin and Starr Pass Roofing if you need a new roof. Very professional and pleasant to do business with.

Martin is a special breed of business owner. He is knowledgeable, polite, well-spoken, confident and HONEST in his communication. He told us he wouldn't be the lowest bid that we would get (had total roof damage after a monsoon storm) but he would fight to get what we deserved from our insurance company and we would get the best quality roof. The other 3 bid that we received one dealt with a part of the roof. He has bent over backwards to make sure things are taken care of and keeps us informed of what is happening. We will be getting our new roof in the first part of September, and I intend on adding to this review.
