The reason they got 2 stars is that it is actually standing still. Very unprofessional. Blocked my number because he felt my complaints about his work were invalid, even after i sent pictures as proof. We had shared words after i confronted him about blocking the number. Does not want to honor warranty after spending almost $5000 on a deck and another 3500 on another project. I have had to hammer in nails myself, deck drainage blocker was not replace so now it rains through my lower patio. A simple check would have been sufficient but he has been lying he is in another state. Do not recommend, despite rating

So at this point I am letting this go due cannot get in touch with this person so as soon as I open this account next month they are fix this little problem until I open they can?t do anything but it will be taken off?."

Starr Services was great to work with they responded within minutes of my request for a quote. They came out to our home that same day and gave a professional review of the work that needed to be done. They were hired to complete the work and did excellent work. We hope to hire them for a MUCH larger project in the next few weeks. They said what they would do and they did what they said. Pricing was fair, and affordable and work was done well

Start services is great. Richard met us at Home Depot and assisted my husband and I with selecting a front exterior door. He was great. We are still waiting on the door to arrive at the store, however, so far, we are very pleased.
