At the very least Ian Bremer and this company are incompetent. At the worst they are fraudsters and thieves. I contracted with Ian Bremer back in January to build and install an electric gate at my house. Ian requested a 50% deposit which came out to well over $8000. I paid it immediately. They started out with the concrete work within a few weeks as agree upon. Then suddenly they stopped coming by. I reached out to Ian Bremer on March 5th via email and on March 6th he said he had been relocated to another location and please be patient. I wrote him back on March 7th expressing my dissatisfaction. On March 17th he wrote me back stating the job would be completed in 2-3 weeks and once again he apologized. They came out one day the last week of March and worked for a few hours doing concrete work. They never came back nor has Ian Bremer or anyone form this company tried to reach out to me. The toll free number listed goes to a voice mail system that the mail box is full. I would not recommend these people to turn on a light switch. Their communication skills lack basic understanding of customer service. Initially we went with this company because of Ian’s responsiveness and positive attitude when we met. I obviously was a bad judge of character. I plan to file a complaint or at the very least report Ian Bremer and Stars and Stripes to the authorities for fraud or some other crime.

We hired this person to do two gates for us. He never was able to get them to work properly...now we have two 23 ft, 432 pound steel gates that do open. Ian was paid, promised to fix the gates and never came back. We now have to find someone to fix these $8,000.00 monstrosities. Ian is supposedly a kind hearted marine, which is why my husband trusted him... yet he basically screwed my disabled Marine husband. Run, not walk from this incompetent cheat.

Ian does excellent work, he's very good with customers, and provides great quality for a fair price. He pays great attention to detail, and makes sure that your ideas come out the way you want them. He would also find ways outside of the box in order to accomplish what you want. I highly recommend him to others.
