They came and knocked it out in a few hours. Upon completion I surveyed the wall where they put a hole for wires in my wall. And saw that the screws were stripped already, and one was hanging out of the wall. I called and they came back the next morning and fixed the wall issue, by installing a part they didn't have during initial installation when they had come.

Eric was great he fixed my alarm and had service up and running in no time.

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose and repair our alarm system malfunction within a very short amount of time. He responded immediately to my web request for service and come to our home that same day. Great guy*great service*great experience!

We hired StarTec Communications to install a 16 camera security system at our business. StarTec is a family owned and operated business who takes great pride in their workmanship and quality of product. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very responsive to all our needs , were prompt and installed the system in a timely manner. The operation of the system is simple (this is incredible since I am computer challenged). We also use the feature where we can check all cameras on our cell phone. I would highly recommend this company and their product to any and all customers looking for this type of security system.

I had them install 8 cameras and I couldn't ask for better service on the phone and in person. Startec, knows their business making it easy to understand. The installation was top quality. They took care of my property like it was their own.

Excellent experience with this company. Installed all new smoke/CO2 detectors. Got them all synched together and working properly. Removed obsolete and non-functional units from previous alarm system. A big weight off my mind.
