Wow! Eric Farmer was so quick to respond to our service request and came right out. He showed up on time, was friendly, responsible and courteous and got the job done. His rates are more than reasonable, and we're so happy to be supporting an independent business-owner versus "the big guy!" We've signed on with Startec for alarm monitoring, and we will definitely look to Eric & Startec for future projects.

Eric is a true professional and has many talents. I hired him to install a new alarm system, a Blu Ray DVD player and some other electrical work. Very responsive, pleasant to deal with and extremely reliable. I had an issue after the initial installation which he addressed right away- made a return visit and took care of the problem. I would hire him again for any security or electrical or audio/ video project. I do believe they take great care to make their customers their long term customers.

Eric was immediately responsive to our alarm problem when our prior company could not get to us for weeks. He installed a new system and corrected errors made by the prior company. He was very professional and provided peace of mind that there would be no gaps in our alarm system coverage as we switched monitoring companies. He was a pleasure to work with.

I found Eric through Service Magic to hang up 3 tvs on the wall. He came on time got the job done as promised. he used cloth sheet to protect the floors and cleaned up debris. Charge was reasonable. Would hire him again.

We had a great experience with Startec. Eric Farmer did exactly what we asked him to do, and we are extremely happy with the service he provided. Our new tv looks fantastic on the wall because there are no cords in sight. The service was also extremely quick. Eric called me on Friday afternoon, and was able to install the tv on Saturday morning. He also helped us with the security system on our computer. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be calling him for future services.

Eric and his assistant showed the thoroughness and quick efficiency we all hope for when we enlist a contractor for whatever our project may be. They had my issue resolved in a matter of 15-20 minutes, and were most accommodating in terms of willingness to meet my scheduling constraints. My only quibble with them is that they were over 45 minutes late. But they did have the courtesy to phone me precisely at the appointed time to give fair warning. That went a long way toward keeping me in their good graces and not hesitating to recommend them.
