Angel was my guy today and he was very courteous and professional! He took the time to inform me the procedure he was applying.

I have been a customer of STAT for several years. Always happy. I needed an assessment of a flea problem. Ken came over to look at the problem. He was wonderful. Very polite and honest. After looking at the situation he recommended waiting to access the problem at a later date since there was no evidence of fleas. He even offered a few tricks for me to know if I had a real problem. Very grateful for him and STAT in general. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Randy the owner and the person giving the estimate was extremely personable and professional. He was very thorough and honest in the assessment of our Pest issues. He portrayed great respect and faith in his colleague Alex who did the "hands on work "requiring a thorough assessment including roof access and repair of potential entry point s for small animals (rodents/mice). They were very clear in their approach to the problem and follow through with baiting and trapping and repair of entry points. As well returning to be sure the job was completed. The fee included a generous warranty of the job. They seemed very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I made my request on Sunday not expecting to hear from anyone until Monday. Randy responded right away. We made an appointment for the following morning. He was right on time, very well informed and answered my questions about using a pesticide vs a natural remedy. I had him do the work right away because I could see the louppers growing in front of my eyes. Price was right in line with other providers, in fact I signed up for a maintenance program.
