"This lawn was in unbelievably poor condition prior to our arrival. We did our best to improve the lawn given the budget this particular customer had in mind. This review is unfortunate and I do not believe it is an accurate description of the service we provide. Had we known this individual felt this way we would have done our best to change their opinion."
