Tony quoted me for a window screen replacement at $1200. I paid $650 (for the down payment). He took my personal check, one of my window screens, and to this day never return to complete the work or refund my money. I am a 26-year military veteran and this company treats me like this.

REVIEW UPDATE 1-12-2021. LONG BUT READ On the 22nd of Dec 2020, I paid a 140.00 deposit for a job. Since then crickets. .12-31-20.... contacted home advisor about my problem. Even with the lousy weather here in San Antonio. A status update would be nice. REVIEW UPDATE!! Come to find out that the installed had been robbed and all of his electronics stolen which Included his cell phone, tablet, and any other electronic items that had customer information on it. Needless to say, he was unable to contact any customers to let them know about the delay and getting the work done. When the installer had all of his electronics items restored to him he was able to contact me and the job was completed in a timely manner. The work I did was excellent I recommend him highly his name is Tony.

"I received a deposit from Mr. Marshall, ordered his glass and in the meantime, I was robbed, they took my phones which had all information in it, I got a message about this on my new phone, I called him, explained the situation and he was ok, ask me to come to install the glass which I did 2 days later."

These guys were Johnny on the spot. I had a broken window that needed emergency repair. They came out and measured, cut the glass and came back AFTER-HOURS to ensure that my window was installed when they said it would be installed, keeping me and my home and belongings safe. They are reasonably priced and their follow-up and Customerservice were greatly appreciated as well. I highly recommend these guys!!
