David at S.I Power Wash and Junk Pros responded swiftly and charged reasonably for the power washing project. I was happy that he accommodated same day service, showed up on time as promised, took precautions for the ground-planted flowers and left debris neatly packed for discarding. Two concrete floors look cleaner than the larger section that had neen covered with 21 years of dirt and wear and tear but cleaned nonetheless.

He was easy to work with and arrived on time. He power washed a deck and railings that were quite dirty. Did a great job. Also cleaned concrete around my shed in the backyard and my front porch and steps. I would highly recommend him to hire for your jobs. You won’t be disappointed with the quality of his work.

We utilized this company for the first time and we loved David and his team immediately!!! More importantly the work was superb and we paid a fraction of the cost other companies were quoting us for. We have been with our previous power washing company but the prices just sky rocketed and we no longer could afford it. David was able to accommodate us on short notice several of times and we have been with them ever since. I would highly recommend his company?s services.
