I needed an elevation pre-certificate on a vacant lot on the upper Sandy River within the 100 year floodplain. Other companies I contacted did not understand the work content or the process for the county land use permit needs on a lot without a home. Statewide had the experience and gladly took some additional elevations for me at a low quotation price.

Fabulous, they committed to coming all the way from Gresham to Beaverton within one day because I needed a survey line marker found quickly and the property line defined. I called closer local companies but they couldn't commit to doing the job with just a couple days notice. Very reasonable price too! Sure was lucky to find them on the website service that's provided.

Donn Rowe is experience, very well equipped and a nice person. He found every pin or pipe that had been placed on our lot in the last 50 years. He marked and mapped them all. We now can see where is lot is located and realize that we had not used much of our land over the last 40 years.
