I scheduled with them the 1st time to come give me an estimate and they know no showed after confirming with me that morning. I spoke to their call center manager and he offered me a discount and rescheduled me for 2 days later. They confirmed again and I went to my rental property again to meet them and they know no showed. I called the call center manager again and he explained the person assigned to me had called in sick and said they had called and left a message with him on the line, I went through my messages to show that I received no message anywhere close to the time that he suggested and then looked at my call log. The call log had a call from an unknown caller at the time he said they called. No message. Needless to say I would not work with this company ever.
