Mr. Luis Reyes responded very quickly. After having several others come out he was the only one to check everything and explained in detail what needed to be done. All others wanted to add or replace different things. Static cleaned and serviced everything and after making an adjustment to something in the attic our AC has never cooled better and is even quieter now. Their price was half of what the others had quoted us. Mr. Reyes and the gentlemen that came with him were polite and respectful of my home. Very happy with the company and will be using them again if needed in the future.

went on home advisor and found 3 highly rated companies. Static responded in less than 30 minutes. I spoke with Luis who said he could be here within an hour, mind you this was on Easter Sunday. He showed up and diagnosed the issue stating it was a bad capacitor. He replaced it and gave us an honest opinion regarding our old ac unit. The price for the visit and repair was very reasonable. I highly, 100%, recommend static, heating and air conditioning to anyone who has an ac issue. They are reliable, efficient and honest. They will definitely be in our speed dial.
