Contractor left a few chunks of the tree which were too big for me to handle. I would have been happier if these sections were cut to a smaller length.

Don Staton and his crew showed up when they said they would. They removed all the trees and when they left you would never have known they were in my backyard except for the missing trees! Don was also the most reasonablity priced in all of Charlotte, and of course he is licenced and insured. Andrea, Charlotte, NC

Mr. Stanton was quick to answer the servicemagic request for service. I spoke to him within an hour of contacting servicemagic and he was here by the end of the day to give me a quote. He and his crew did a great job. Several of my neighbors got quotes from him while he was here and he has since done work for them. They knew if I had selected him that they too would probably like him and they did. He has integrity: he would not cut down a river birch in October and said he would be glad to come back in December once the sap is down. Otherwise he was concerned that the tree would be traumatised and potentially die. That's INTEGRITY.

Excellent Service, great people and great price. They were timely and thorough. They did what they said when they said they would do it and ensured everything was cleaned up afterwards. Had 4 large pines removed. Great Job! Thanks
