Stay Dry Roofing made getting a new roof and gutters so easy for a first time home owner. Our main point of contact, Carl Smith, was so friendly and professional. Always took the time to explain everything going on with the roof and gutters. As soon as Stay Dry Roofing got involved, they made dealing with the Insurance Company so easily and stress free. Roof and gutters look amazing and so beautiful. Will definitely be using Stay Dry Roofing again for all my roof and gutters needs in the future.

The crew arrived in the morning..they worked very efficiently and by late afternoon, I had a new roof installed..they were very careful to clean up afterwards..so that you couldn t even tell that a huge project had occurred. Problems with the existing roof were taken care of with the new install..Chad was good to work with..I would recommend this company from the experience I had.

After searching on homeadvisor I decided to go with Stay Dry Roofing. The came out on a Saturday took a look at what my issues were. They sent an estimate of how much everything would cost and after I agreed they came and got the work done. I am very excited that they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I thought Stay Dry was an honest company and perhaps they are. The came out quickly, evaluated the work needed done, provided me with a written, fairly detailed description of the work they intended to do ( replace flashing around chimney and repair another place where daylight was showing on a facia board), got back out quickly to perform the work (which delighted me), took pictures and provided them to me to demonstrate their work (which appeared to be proper), then provided me with a totally vague invoice which was not accurate. It simply said, Repair chimney - $1400.00. They did NOT repair my chimney. They simply replaced the flashing around it. There was absolutely NO mention of the other work performed, nor did I ever receive a copy of their supposed 2-year workmanship warranty. I repeatedly requested an accurate invoice and a copy of their warranty, to no avail. I was flatly refused by Scott Brannon who simply said, We performed the work, now pay the bill. Not in those exact words. The adamant refusal to provide an accurate invoice leaves me filled with suspicion. The only logical reason to refuse to do so is an attempt to avoid any further warranty claims (which I was NEVER provided with written proof of its existence). I thought they were great at first. Would I hire them again. Absolutely NOT.

Excellent customer service

I worked with Corey C. He helped with contacting my insurance, and was up on my roof a couple of times to verify damage. Corey was professional and punctual. The project only took approximately 2 weeks start to finish. I have referred Corey and the Sty Dry crew already and will do so in the future.

I did not inspect the roof myself, but was told by another contractor the repairs were good quality. The service technician was very nice and down to earth. He was knowledgeable and help me understand what was going on with my roof leak. He even came out to go over my issues with my insurance agent. He was very responsive and talked to me in terms I could understand. The repairs were quick and didn't cost me an arm & a leg.

A little expensive for the amount of time to do the project $750 was the estimated quote it took them 30 minutes total time from arrival to departure

Stay Dry installed shingle roofing, insulated an addition, installed a metal roof on the addition and sided the entire house. Could not be happier

It is not easy to find someone who is willing to replace a roof on a greenhouse. Ours is 24' square. Stay Dry was willing to do the work and did it very well. The April rains made it difficult for them to stay on schedule, but Josh did a good job of keeping me informed about what would be happening when.
