The clean-up job was not as good as I wanted concerning nails left. We had a downspout that was damaged. I repaired it myself. And, mysteriously, our outside security light quit working after the job was completed. Not sure what the problem is. But it seems connected to the roofing job.

Kevin was great to work with, even though we never met or spoke - everything was handled via text and email. He was open to hearing and responding to my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and provided guidance where other sales people (from other companies) only provided additional line items in their quotes. The repair job (water leaking into the indoor ceiling where the fireplace meets the roofline) was scheduled quickly and the two men who performed the work were courteous, thorough, and left no evidence/waste behind when they were done. Kevin sent me pictures, at my request, of the repair in progress and pointed out what was 'wrong' and how it was fixed. This repair occurred in October 2021, and it is now February 2022 and I have no evidence of the leak occurring - and this area has had some significant rainfall over the last few months.

Stay Dry roofing provided a detailed quotation for roof shingle replacement within the reasonable time. Stay Dry needed to coordinate their work with another contractor and they did that seamlessly and they were able to get the material within 24 hours of agreement signed. They had all materials on time and there was enough workers to finish ahead of schedule. Stay Dry did a very good job cleaning out property . I could not go on the roof to personally inspect their work but I have good confidence they did the job as expected and I do recommend using Stay Dry to others. Kevin was helpful and responsive throughout the process from the initial inspection to install. Thank you.

There were significant problems at beginning of the project but once Management got involved the issues were resolved.
