Stay Dry roofing provided a detailed quotation for roof shingle replacement within the reasonable time. Stay Dry needed to coordinate their work with another contractor and they did that seamlessly and they were able to get the material within 24 hours of agreement signed. They had all materials on time and there was enough workers to finish ahead of schedule. Stay Dry did a very good job cleaning out property . I could not go on the roof to personally inspect their work but I have good confidence they did the job as expected and I do recommend using Stay Dry to others. Kevin was helpful and responsive throughout the process from the initial inspection to install. Thank you.

There were significant problems at beginning of the project but once Management got involved the issues were resolved.

Quality materials and no hidden costs for roof replacement, siding replacement as well as gutter replacement with downspouts. The contractor crews were polite, considerate, with expert install and repair services. They cleaned constantly during the process, Bonus. I cannot thank them enough for making my ugly home beautiful.

Please stay where you came from .Still waiting for the Gutters,What a joke . Do not even step on my property .Roofing was a nightmare. I started the contract on Aug 7 .Finished SEPT 9 Check picked up when I said they finally finished in the dark Sept 10. I have asked for my CONTRACT AND FINAL BILL. Were supposed to have gutters next NOT HERE and its last day of Sept. EXCUSE S AND MORE EXCUSES. Took too long. Was promised it was a day job.Try a Month or more.Destroyed my plants .FLORIDA STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE .Building code still on the door .STAY IN YOUR STATE PLEASE. Do I have Gutters? Bahahahahaha. YOU BETTER GIVE ME MY CONTRACT. He showed up out of nowhere and the gutters are finally but incomplete!

Their cost estimate was competitive so my choice to go with Stay Dry was based on my comfort level with the technician contact. Stay Dry needed to coordinate their work with another contractor and they did that seamlessly. They had all materials on site 1 day ahead and performed their work in a well scheduled manner with enough workers to finish ahead of schedule. Big job atarted, finished and cleaned up in 1 1/2 days! The workmen were courteous and helpful. The company did go the extra mile for my business. I will use them again when needed.

We had deteriorating exterior home siding removed, replaced and painted. All the work was done efficiently and professionally. FYI, the Home Advisor drop down review selections do not provide options to select what services were actually provided in my case.

Stay Dry was lowest cost vendor of four bids. Salesman stayed in touch with us throughout process. Job was done in very short time compared to other roof work we know about. Good value for price and efficiency. Would recommend to others for roofing.

What I sent specifically to the company. Be very careful what you read about a company. I chose this company based on this very website to replace my metal roof in Mexico Beach, Florida after the hurricane. Project start date was on the 3rd of July with a statement and I will take a day or two. On Monday July 8th when I texted, I found out they did not get it all done but should be finished by Friday (07-05-2019), they had run out of materials. Then on that Friday July 12th I found out that it still had not been completed. When I informed Mr. XXXXXXX that I would be arriving at the house on Wednesday, July 17th, I was told it would be completed before my arrival, which it was not. When I made contact on that Wednesday July 17th, I was told again that it would be completed the next day (Thursday July 18th) which it was not. I was then told that they would be there on Friday July 19th to complete the install. All the while, there was materials left unattended in both the front and back yard. I was told by the gentleman that mows my lawn that all of that material had been there for several weeks. (He had mowed the lawn the best he could but had a piece of metal slice one of his tires so he decided not to return until the project was completed.) The materials even had ant beds forming over the one end of the material. Sheets of metal, boxes of nails, tubes of caulking. I just wonder what was really the issue. On Friday July 19th I left the house to go to Tallahassee around 7:15 am. I drove there, went shopping and taking care of other business. When I returned around 2:15 pm, no one had been there to complete the roof. NO Rain had taken place since I had been there on Wednesday evening. Hmm what was the excuse going to be this time? Upon making contact, I was told the crew had to go to Tallahassee to get materials. REALLY. I went there, screwed around and go back and they could not have taken care of the rest of my roof. Then upon making contact, I was told the crew had been terminated. Kinda doubt that statement based on all of the other misinformation I had been given. I was told again that they would be out there first thing in the morning (really, Saturday morning) yeah, right. All the while you had the audacity to have one of your signs advertising your business placed beside my mailbox.....now that is something to be proud of. I had to catch my flight back home Saturday and it was not until Tuesday that I learned that they had supposedly completed my roof install on that Monday (July 22nd). Very disappointed with this endeavor. The lack of communication, being led to believe so much but no integrity in this operation. Excuses, incredible. I had flown there specifically to view my new roof. If this was my business I would really be embarrassed by all of this. But nothing other than excuses. I sent this 08-04-2019 at 12:33 pm to the company. No Response to this email as of this submission 08-08-2019 @ 743 pm. The roof is still pending as far as the city is concerned because they have not done any of their documentation. We have requested it at least three time over the phone and through text messages and have not received it either.
