Review by Matthew H. in Duncanville, AL
Michael Teslich was recommended to me by a family member who used him for other foundation drainage and French drain work. Scheduling a visit was easy and he was accommodating to my time and situation of living out of state while coordinating this for my parents. He came out quickly to assess the problem and after agreeing on the quote of $2800, he scheduled a crew to do the work within days in January 2018 and it was soon complete. I never heard from him when the work was done, but just received an invoice several days later. (I think most customers would expect a quick call in this situation to let them know you're done.) Several months later (August/September) water was seen under the house. I contacted him in early Sept. and he came the next day, meeting my mother at the house. It turned out to be a leaky pipe unrelated to his work and we did feel a bit guilty for his 40+ mile trip for that. However, he did tell my mother verbally that a nearby AC unit drain pipe should have been extended by his team and that he would send someone to repair it. My mother relayed the message to me and I followed up with an email to Michael, asking him if he could also extend another drainpipe his team installed nearby that wasnt draining properly and filling back in with mud. Trying to be as polite as possible so as to make the long-distance coordination as EASY as possible, I offered to pay for the second request if needed. Seven solid weeks passed with several emails, texts and voice mails sent until late October. One day, he responded and said he'd be there the next day. He never showed up, didn't answer his phone and never contacted us, while my parents waited the entire day for him at their house. Four additional weeks passed with multiple emails to Michael, as well as phone calls though his mail box was full at one point. Thinking my number and email may have been blocked at this point (no idea why), I enlisted a sister to reach out to him and they finally made a connection. Michael promised to visit the next day and do the work, even providing an exact time window of arrival (12:30-1pm). He never showed up again and never contacted us with an explanation. 10 days have now passed and nothing. What could have been resolved onsite at my mother's house in less than an hour for him has turned into nearly three months of unnecessary anxiety and stress for everyone (except Michael Teslich apparently). This guy is a RAT and I would not recommend him for anything to anyone.

Stay Dry did an excellent job with my drain work. Michael and crew were very professional. Hit my water line, but was repaired very quickly. I highly recommend for any drain "trenching" work needed.
