Jake and his son were very pleasant and professional. They explained every step of the process and made sure I didn't have any questions along the way. Jake taught me how to train my dogs with the fence and even did the first training with them. I was concerned that my pups were not going to understand the concept of the fence and we were going to have issues with them escaping, but we've had zero issues and they love the freedom. They system was affordable and we've not had any issues with it either. I've contact Jake a few times with questions and he has always been quick in his response and never seems annoyed that I'm asking question.

Jake answered all my questions and took the extra steps to make sure the job was done right. My dog has nearly two acres to run on and never has to be chained up. The system has worked just fine and if I were to have problem, the business is local and I am confident he would respond promptly. No complaints!

Jake was very helpful when we had our initial conversation on our needs. He provided quotes for each option and did not pressure us at all! We were able to get scheduled a week ahead of Jake’s quoted timeframe, and he worked with us on start time. He was on time, completed the job in his quoted timeframe, and thoroughly explained everything. He provided initial training and answered all of our questions! And no mess was left behind! EXTREMELY professional! Ongoing support is part of the deal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all of your invisible pet fencing needs!

Jake is awesome! His pet fence works great. Great customer service even after the install anytime I need replacement batteries or collars he get them to me very quickly . I would highly recommend Stay put Doggie to anyone.

Great customer service and knowledge of the product he is selling and installing. Answered all the questions we had and gave a quote. Good to know that we can take the collar and box to our next house if we move and only have to pay a fraction of the cost to have a new fence put in. Had a little bit of a wait time for scheduling , but well worth the wait to get the fence in. Understand why, he did a great job!!! Highly recommend Jake and his company.
