I rarely write reviews, but great service and value deserves recognition and Katon really impressed me. This man was on it from the get-go; I got a call within minutes of posting my job, he quoted it over the phone, which surprised me and frankly made me a bit cautious at first - but he stood by his quote when he arrived and did the job exactly as described. Katon showed up the very next day (precisely on-time, which seems such a rarity these days) to complete the project and he worked like a champ start to finish. Katon exceeded expectations and he will now be my go-to electrician for future projects. It is so hard to find a good, reliable tradesman at fair rates these days; in our experience, Katon is the real deal.

After a strong storm a tree fell over the electric wires and we needed to have the meter reconnected. This was an emergency. Katon was able to respond promptly although we had never worked with him before. He gave us a reliable ETA and a good estimate of how long the repair would take.
