Excellent job; no fuss, no mess; carpet looks like new, all stains removed; same goes for the sofa; the young man ( forgot his name ) was very efficient, very polite and respectful ; I can highly recommend Steam Master.

Good job, but thought the price was high for the amount of carpet cleaned. $150 for less than 800sqft of carpet. Very prompt in arrival and easy to book at a time convenient for our schedules.

Very fast to come out to clean 3 bedrooms. (for $99). I upgraded one room for $10 to deodorize (cats liter is kept in that room) and $15 to upgrade to have Scotchguard applied. All the rooms came out looking and smelling great.

Brandon, a VERY polite, professional young man, arrived early (now that's a rarity!) and was an enormous help. Ours is a new property for us and we wanted the carpet cleaned prior to moving in. The water company was supposed to have turned on our water and neglected to do so. Brandon came to the rescue by adjusting the valve with a tool he had and was able to complete his job. The carpet looks brand new! I would recommend Steam Master AND Brandon strongly! VERY pleased!

Steve was terrific. He explained everything to us, was punctual and the carpet looks so much better. He pre-treated the heavy traffic areas, put the furniture on styrofoam blocks. The price quoted was the price paid - no add-ons. We were very satisfied.
