SteamTeam Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

I hired Steam Team to clean carpets in my dadâ s house before his 100th birthday knowing family would be dropping in. Jason & Eric called prior to arrival as planned, showed up on time & did a marvelous job. But even more importantly, they were very kind to my dad. I canâ t thank them enough. Highly recommend. Josh, the owner, was both professional and personable as were his team. Josh was informative and upfront about services, timelines and prices. He always either answered my call or returned it almost immediately. Dylan, Cole, Alex and Noah let me know when they were on their way and showed up on time or even a little early. All were very friendly and were willing to let me watch as well as explain what they were seeing and doing. They worked hard to successfully resolve the clogged dryer vent. It goes up through the roof and they had to get up on the roof and then into the attic when it turned out that the vent had been disconnected sometime in the past. They reconnected it for me. They even offered to vacuum the bits of debris that fell out of the attic. I was very surprised at the efforts they made since it was a flat fee, not an hourly fee! I asked for cardsâ little refrigerator magnets as it turned outâ and have already passed them out to neighbors and family. I was very impressed with the people and the work and will definitely be calling again for any services they provide.
