Andrew was very professional in all aspects from the first day he called to respond to my request through the service he provided in cleaning my air ducts. I would definitely recommend him and his company!

Furniture was not moved. After half the carpet was done, I started moving the furniture so it would be cleaned. The technician was personable and friendly.

The young man was very nice.

His system does not really get out stains. The process pulls up dirt from the bottom and in some cases, makes the stains more prominent. I was disappointed. He offered to return to do something else but I couldn't afford the time.

I set up an appointment online and Andrew called me within 15 minutes to set up date and time for my carpets to get cleaned. He was very professional and up-front about how well or what might happen after cleaning my light gray carpet. He came and did a touch-up for me with no hassle. Andrew is very professional and accomplished in his job. I would not hesitate to call on him or recommend him in the future.

I chose this company because they said carpets would dry in 8 hours. It took 5 days. I had 2 stains that were unchanged. My wood floor in the kitchen was slippery from the carpet.

I would use them again.

Company showed up today 8/24 to clean a couple of rooms with carpet and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them. Went out of their way to make sure I was highly satisfied before they left.

Andrew gave me all needed information during our phone conversation. He scheduled my job promptly to meet my schedule. He and Michael called on their way to the appt and showed up on time. Their work was professional, efficient and exactly what was necessary to restretch and clean my carpets.

Kind, respectful, informative, made an effort to come on my schedule!- dont know how the "Disinfectant" was spread through the ducts and didnt notice efforts to clean off their hands after picking up the gunk and cleaning vents, etc...
