"Hello All reviews are appreciated. However, when leaving a review please include details that pertain to your specific concerns & describe in detail . The area rug you requested to be clean is bleach white in color & 4 years old. (highly recommend never buying a bleach white area rug & placing in living room under the TV chair) The area rug came out as clean as possible. The small discoloration area under the foot rest of the swivel chair is from wearing outdoor shoes inside & twisting & grinding the same area for 4 years. Dirt is like sand paper & slowly destroys carpet fibers & breaks them down like split ends on hair. Hope this helps."

"Shari All appointments are 2 hour time windows. Actually showed up within an hour of the appointment . On the day of the appointment, You were not answering your phone, email or text messages to confirm the project time window. We have called you 3 times to discuss the project after completion before your strange review of our service. Regarding your mirrors & shower door. We used a professional product called spray-on glass cleaner. Looked to be thoroughly clean glass upon completion. We can hire a pro glass cleaner to come to clean it if you prefer. "Had to clean tile after they left" we used 240-degree steam with 20 tools. Grout & tile came out immaculate."

"Hello Jim We appreciate all feed back. Once again our apologies for the candle holder. Regarding the dark areas from wear in front of couch & chair. These wear areas are common. It's not possible for the hot water extraction unit to repair those areas . We pre treated @ max strength. Used 210 degree h20. These wear areas / dark area are actually wear the the carpet fibers have broken. These little pieces of soil and dirt can act like sandpaper on your carpet fiber. Each time you step, twist or turn, those little pieces of soil move too. They gently grind away on carpet fibers and your carpet backing. We can reschedule and reclean NO CHARGE"
