Steaming Scotts

Scott called me and made an appointment for Jan 23, 2018 to come to our home and wash the master bathroom walls and ceiling. He never showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to call and say he couldn't make it! That's a PRO??

Scott, Was very helpful and took his time washing walls, ceilings, cabinets & doors, did an excellent job for a good price. I will be having him back to do my floors & carpets. I would recommend him.

Scott was prompt, professional, and very personable. He was also neat and precise. I definitely would use his services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone!!! Owner himself did the "cleaning" and I had to reclean everything he supposedly did. His equipment broke down and he agreed to return the following day to finish the job and never showed, called or anything. Totally unprofessional and not sure he was very trustworthy. Can't say enough to encourage anyone NOT TO HIRE HIM.

Scott was great! He was prompt, efficient, quick and did a GREAT job on our carpeting, removing stains I didn't think would come out! We had pet urine stains odors and thanks to his deodorizing you can't smell a hint of it! Excellent job. We were having family in town, he called me right away and came out within 12 hours. He beat Stanley Steamers price by over $40 and did a more thorough job! If you have deep set in stains, it will take a little longer to dry, but he even brought us booties to wear on the carpet while it dried!

Nice guy and informative. Carpet was soaking wet for over 5 hours.

I don't really feel like my carpets are really clean....his equipment did not seem to be up to what I would consider professional.....shared too much personal information, made me uncomfortable.

Several areas of my walls and ceilings were missed. After they left I found that I still had cobwebs , obviously indicating areas that were never touched. Had the cheapest price, wish I had gone with one of the other companies . Will not ever use this company again!

Outstanding communication, flexible in scheduling and did a great job. If you do not hire Scott for your next carpet cleaning, you're wasting your money with someone else.

Scott did nice job of cleaning our carpet and some couches and chairs. My only quibble is that he showed up about 4 hours later than I had expected him.
