SteamTec was fantastic! I asked for a quote and Brian immediately called me. His prices are fair and he comes out to do the service himself. He takes the time to explain everything he s doing and walks you through the pricing breakdown before he even gets started. The whole process took about an hour and a half and he was done. He got stains out that I didn t think he would be able to! Very satisfied and will keep Steamtec in mind for any future needs!

Brian was fantastic! My house was a mess. I had horrible dog odors and leftover moisture from using an at-home carpet shampooer. Brian was extremely up front and honest with me about what he recommended. More importantly, he was not judgmental about the state of the carpet. The carpets turned out smelling and looking amazing! I am so pleased with everything that Brian did.

He was thorough and efficient, friendly and very helpful in assisting me with moving some furniture off the large carpeted area he cleaned. Difference in appearance after cleaning was significant.
