    The repair person was careful of health protocols and careful in his work. Diagnosis of problem was difficult but was completed in a timely manor. I will call him again for other repairs of appliances

    Ted was amazingly friendly and competent! He had to order parts but as soon as they arrived, he was right back at it. Gets in and out and cleans up any mess. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

    I would let others know that they accepted my repair job without the appropriate knowledge of a Maytag microwave. Parts were broken in the process and I was not informed of this. Had they had appropriate knowledge of the appliance, the plastic retaining clips would not have been broken.

    Hello, unfortunately, I did not break any parts while I was out at your house. The repair was done in December, it is now July. If there was a broken part it would not have worked for 6 months. Unfortunately, I could come out last week do to my father passing away.

    Doug, had to order a factor part. I appreciated that he didn't just replace with a generic part. It took a few days for part to arrive but worth it since it came with s warranty.

    Ted actually answered his phone on a Saturday evening! We made an appointment and he showed up on time and was knowledgeable, professional and very clean. Had an awesome experience with him and would definitely recommend.
