We had two projects on a quote, they finished one and never came back to do the second project which I already paid some money on. Would stay away from this company.

(We had a storage building built) We had a very stressful time dealing with this company. To begin with, I met with the owner and was very adamant about when I wanted the project completed. He promised to meet that timeline barring any delays with permits (there were never any permit delays). All the delays were on their part and the most frustrating of all was that I had to bug them repeatedly to get any information at all. My emails and phone calls went largely unanswered. Whenever I did manage to get their office on the phone, whatever I was told would happen by a certain date, did not. They had excuses for every delay on their part - funeral, illness, weather, materials not delivered....and the aggravating part about the materials was that we were told by the owner that the materials were already purchased, but found out much later (months later) that they had not been purchased at all. Whenever I called, I felt like I was the enemy. It was very awkward. We finally got so desperate that we filed a complaint with the BBB and it was only then that our building finally got put on a faster track. After it was constructed, we were told we would get additional trim, and it is now 5 months later - haven't heard from them. This is simply unacceptable and not a good way to run a business. As far as the building is concerned, it turned out ok and we thought the crew that put it together was good. I was, however, chastised during the install in regard to filing the BBB complaint, which I also thought was totally out of line - but since that person was in charge of the crew that had finally showed up to install things, I kept my tongue. I cannot recommend this company as it is currently managed and hope that they listen to former customers and work on their customer service.
