I needed my existing gutters replaced. I was concerned about existing damage before installing the new gutters. Steel restoration inspected all of my facia boards and reported no damage. They even corrected a minor defect not related to the gutter installation.They were prompt, courteous, professional, outstanding.

We had a leak on a two year old roof and the original roofer and crew could not pinpoint the leak and recommended me to Steele. I contacted them and they immediately came out, gave an estimate and completed the work quickly and correctly (matching the shingles - explaining all work in detail) and cleaned up all for a reasonable price. VERY PROFESSIONAL

Steele completed a small roof repair with some damaged shingles and a flashing problem. The service person had 2 small errors to come back and fix. This was promptly handled and corrected. The experience with this company was excellent.

I hired steel restoration to repair flashing around my chimney. After the repair it leaked into our home and down our walls very badly. I hired steel restoration to repair flashing around my chimney. After the repair it leaked into our home and down our walls very badly, Staining the floor wallpaper. They came and re-flashed but it still leaked. The third time I insisted they sent a more skilled and knowledgeable subcontractor and he actually did a good job. But they removed half the stone and walked away from the job. This took four months! It was left up to me to hire stonemason and pay for that job.

"Barry, thanks for your review. Unfortunately, when we started the project, we advised you that flashing stone is very difficult since the flashing goes behind the stone. Although we tried to repair the flashing from the outside, per your request, we ultimately agreed that the original flashing behind the stone was faulty, and would require replacement, thus requiring us to remove the stone. We advised to you upfront that we will not pay for all new stone. I am sorry that you feel that we are responsible for replacing all of the stone on your chimney, but the fact remains, we contracted with you to fix your flashing and stop the leak, and we delivered on this promise!
