David did a fantastic job installing fandeliers in my dining room and bedroom. He arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. He was professional and very neat. I'm very pleased and my new lighting is beautiful. I would definitely recommend Stella Electric to others.

The power in our pre-1900 property was not working in half the home. I reached out to Stella over the holiday weekend and they were able to promptly schedule me. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. They quickly diagnosed and re-wired our electric. I anticipated this to be a stressful process, however it was hassle-free. Now I understand why Stella has good reviews on multiple platforms. Iâ ll be reaching out to Stella for any electrical needs from here out.

Ok I had 2 guys come put up a chandelier and 2 pendants under $500 and did a beyond excellent job. Initiak calue i would give 5 stars.. Called back to get quote for exact same chandelier but in the foyer area and now they saying they made a mistake and under quoted us the first time but did the job anyway. (I think they realized it was a 14k RH chandelier) And now want to charge almost 5k yep 5000 to install the same chandelier in the foyer and thought they could get more money. I don't care if you rented a lift. Or used 2 ladders to get up there ( 1st one was 9ft ceileing) 2nd one will be 18ft ceiling.. but you want to charge 10x the original charge. I was going to reccomend to neighbors and all. But this is CRAZY!!!! GO ELSEWHERE..SPREAD THE WORD.....maybe once they see the price of the item installed or type of home they figure you can afford more. Letting all my business accosiates know ...DO NOT USE STELLA ELECTRIC.

Stella Electric was referred by Home Depot to install our new double wall oven. Techs scratched our brand new fridge in the process and now Stella Electric will not respond to me after I provided the proof they asked for. All I requested is they refund the $300 fee I paid them. Stay away from this contractor. I have emailed them multiple times and also called and left messages. Still NO response.

Though I didn’t use Stella Electric for this job, I plan on using them for another job. They gave me an estimate right away and answered all of the additional questions I called back to ask. I would recommend Stella Electric, as well. They’re a very reputable company.

I thought with their high rating, they would do a high-quality job... I guess with me, that was not the case. Told me had to pay upfront after they installed a bathroom exhaust fan. I did not mind paying upfront but they left a gap in between plastic cover of the exhaust fan by over cutting the drywall! They say, I do not do drywall repair... but did not you just messed this up, I thought to myself... they said call the boss and talk to them. So I did and this lady on the phone was acting like it is not our problem... they do not fix drywall... but that is your problem because your guy messed it up. So she said send me a picture and I did... have not heard back from them yet. I?ll give it a day and call back later... always something I guess.

I hired this company to install new gable fan meaning putting a hole to my house and put the attic fan. When they arrived to the house the electrician said he cannot cut a hole because it was too high instead directing the air to small air vent using a garbage bag and tape it to the wood, So i ask the guy if that going to work to remove the hot air out of my house.. In the next day the garbage plastic bag was detached and blowing all my attic insulation. Reported to them and they offered to refund 80% of my money or find someone to cut the hole in my house and they can install it free. Its been 2 weeks now and no action from the company. I have photos of their workmanship to show it to the public.

We had a situation in a stable with malfunctioning industrial ceiling fans during extremely hot weather. Stella electric came out quickly and resolved the issue the same day, saving our animals misery and possible health issues, and at a lower cost than other companies I called who could not make an appointment for weeks. They were pleasant and worked cleanly to keep the animals safe. I am grateful and would recommend them highly!

We requested a quote from Stella Electric and was given one after sending texts/emails with pictures of the area where lights were added. The lighting in the entire house uses deep can lights. The quote was to add additional similar lighting throughout the house. We agreed upon the price. The installers showed up while my wife was home and I was at work since they don't work evenings or weekends. They said they were installing these low depth covered lighting and that's not what we wanted because it wouldn't match any of the lights in the rest of the house. Because of that they had to increase the cost. Then they finished installation but messed up one of our electrical switches in the bathroom where one switch turned on the fan and light instead of separately like it was set up before. Luckily, they came back and fixed that since it was an obvious mistake. That was done quickly and no issues. However, when I came home and inspected the work I noticed that several of the lights installed where not centered and are way off by an inch or two. I called an emailed the business for a few weeks and got literally not a single reply. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with the BBB that I finally got an answer. Apparently, according to them as long as the lights turn on that's all that matters. Having straight lights is just ";personal preference" and they will charge me an hourly fee to come back and fix them. This is obviously beyond ridiculous. It's a minor fix for them that could be done in less than ten minutes. They're ruining their reputation and I've already warned several people who were considering new electrical work in the neighborhood about choosing someone else. Hopefully they will learn their lesson here and improve customer service in the future because this is very bad for business.

Outstanding service!!! Michael came by today to replace & install a new attic fan. Mike called ahead to tell me when he would be here, and also informed me he had to pick up the fan as well. Rick (? supervisor-) notified me first of the cost, and ability to do this job (same day). I told him I was getting other estimates as well. They did not charge for estimates, which is another reason I went with them. He explained the charges up front. Michael was very neat, and did the job quickly (less than 1hr). He also cleaned (vacuumed up) all the insulation that fell onto the floor from the attic space after he was done. I have two Golden Retrievers (one of which who tries to eat the insulation), and he made sure nothing was left for him to try and eat. I will consider them for any/all future electrical jobs for our home. Excellent work, great attitude, and Michael enjoyed the dogs so that is always an A+ in our book.

Outstanding service; timely arrival; very professional; identified my problem right away; defined an option that was best for my home. Knowledgeable and smart. Plan to use them in about a month to install modern fire alarm system.
