    Stella Electric was referred by Home Depot to install our new double wall oven. Techs scratched our brand new fridge in the process and now Stella Electric will not respond to me after I provided the proof they asked for. All I requested is they refund the $300 fee I paid them. Stay away from this contractor. I have emailed them multiple times and also called and left messages. Still NO response.

    Quick response to request and easily scheduled. Technician called ahead of arrival, arrived on time and the two man team was proficient in their work and very polite. Our new chandelier looks great in the foyer. Recommend and would employ again if needed.

    Though I didn’t use Stella Electric for this job, I plan on using them for another job. They gave me an estimate right away and answered all of the additional questions I called back to ask. I would recommend Stella Electric, as well. They’re a very reputable company.

    I thought with their high rating, they would do a high-quality job... I guess with me, that was not the case. Told me had to pay upfront after they installed a bathroom exhaust fan. I did not mind paying upfront but they left a gap in between plastic cover of the exhaust fan by over cutting the drywall! They say, I do not do drywall repair... but did not you just messed this up, I thought to myself... they said call the boss and talk to them. So I did and this lady on the phone was acting like it is not our problem... they do not fix drywall... but that is your problem because your guy messed it up. So she said send me a picture and I did... have not heard back from them yet. I?ll give it a day and call back later... always something I guess.

    We apologize you we are dissatisfied with the work Mr. Walker, but drywall damage is a common occurrence as a condition of installing exhaust fans. This is why we bring this up to you upfront. Should you need references to skilled drywall repairpersons, we would be happy to recommend! Based on your photo, the difference looks to be a 1/4" or less, a bead of caulk should suffice.     I hired this company to install new gable fan meaning putting a hole to my house and put the attic fan. When they arrived to the house the electrician said he cannot cut a hole because it was too high instead directing the air to small air vent using a garbage bag and tape it to the wood, So i ask the guy if that going to work to remove the hot air out of my house.. In the next day the garbage plastic bag was detached and blowing all my attic insulation. Reported to them and they offered to refund 80% of my money or find someone to cut the hole in my house and they can install it free. Its been 2 weeks now and no action from the company. I have photos of their workmanship to show it to the public.
