Micah could be better at communicating. But over all I was happy with the job.

We had a drunk driver crash through our fence into our AC unit and into our garage. Since Stellar built the fence we asked them to do the repairs. Micah came out the next day to give us a bid, once bid was approved they were out in just a few weeks to do the repairs. The job was completed in two days they coordinated with the AC and electrician who were also great. Due to weather they had to return to finish painting. All in all it was a very good experience, we would definitely recommend them.

Stellar Construction & Remodeling remodeled our Master Suite including the bathroom. Inside the bedroom a window replaced the existing sliding glass door, carpet replaced by hardwood in both the bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful barn door was installed for the walk-in closet hand-made by Micah (owner of Stellar), the shower was enlarged with floor to ceiling tile installed with a pebble floor, as well as all new cabinetry, accented with bronze fixtures throughout. A final touch was the installation of a new toilet with a Washlet, aka bidet. Micah was helpful in assisting with the choices of materials allowing flexibility with our choices. His staff and subcontractors were excellent and respectful of our home. The COVID-19 pandemic delayed some of the processes due to materials not immediately available but the company was not at fault for the delay. We would recommend using Stellar Construction and will do so in the future with other planned projects. As a note Stellar also remodeled our deck and made it more beautiful and safe several years ago. That is how we knew his work ethics and honesty in dealing with customers would be outstanding. You will not regret having Micah of Stellar Construction perform work for you.

The massive double deck at our home was on it;'s last legs, literally. After time, all decks reach a point where safety becomes a consideration, and procrastination is not an option. I began my search for a contractor for the project. My bottom line was; I needed to find a contractor that specialized in decking which would be structurally sound and, equally important, built to last for a reasonable amount of time. Naturally, this would depend on the materials selected for the project, as well as budget constraints. I, for one, did not want to sacrifice my precious time laboring on decking maintenance any more than I had to. I researched decking contractor reviews extensively, and one stood out. I contacted Stellar Construction, and subsequently met with Micah, the contractor. It turned out to be a very positive and pressure free experience. Micah reviewed the project, and offered his professional opinion. He spoke with a confidence, sincere and genuine, regarding his approach to decking. He discussed all the options available in regards to materials, as well as the financial aspect of each. The determining factor for me was the quality of his character. I could sense that he truly loved the craft he chose in life, and approached my project with enthusiasm, as if it were a deck he would build for himself. His lead assistant, Ryan, met with us and analyzed the project, discussing all the specifics of the project in detail. He would check for understanding, and answered any and all questions we had. Ryan is outstanding in regards to his knowledge of anything decking. When he states "the best way to do this", you just know it's factual. He's a true and rare craftsman, only seen in a bygone era. His right hand man, Taylor, was also instrumental in the success of the project. It was like having Yoda and Luke Skywalker building my massive deck. Micah, overseeing the project, was in constant communication throughout the project, never failing to respond to my calls. His follow-through, superb organizational skills, and a plethora of decking experiences are truly an asset. His aim is to keep you happy, and for you to feel good about the project you have assigned to him. He sincerely appreciates your business, and projects it through his actions. The end result was spectacular! The workmanship was outstanding and beyond reproach. No unwanted gaps, no warped wood, no unsightly errors. The high level of professionalism, as well as the high level of craftsmanship, contribute to the success of this company. Everything is well thought out, and carried toward perfection. It was a "stellar" job (excuse the pun), that produced a deck worthy of a home magazine cover. I commend Micah, Ryan, Taylor, and their crew for putting their heart into this project.

From design through project completion, the company owner, Micah and his team were top notch in all aspects of the project along with their communication at every important juncture. I hired Stellar Construction in October 2017 to install a Timbertech deck. The new deck is 10 feet x 25 feet. The company dismantled my old deck and removed all debris. The job took less than a week from start to finish. I was very happy with the professional service I received from Micah and his crew. Micah was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had regarding this new decking surface (using hidden fasteners and stair design). I love my new deck and look forward to using it next year.

We had a huge Cedar Fence built from the ground up. Also, we had the front deck enlarged and replaced. Curved and lighted stairs on the two level deck. A larger landing built ,Lights put in on all posts of the deck. A under eave sitting area made a trench dug quite a ways to the very large light as you corner on 3/4 long driveway. That post, wiring and light they replaced. And we had them put cable railing all the way around the deck (between the railing) We had the owner Micha help us design the whole thing.We absolutely ADORED Micha and the fine hardworking men that work for him. They were always there when they said they would be, they were spot on on the estimate (s). ( Even when my husband threw them a curve ball now and then, and they had to back up and regroup because he changed our mind) They always left our yard cleaner than when they found it. They listened, laughed with me. Felt bad when the snow got in the way. Hustled double time to BE on time. Take it from homeowners that have had at least 120 thousand dollars worth of work done inside and outside since we bought this house 8 months ago. We have had good, bad, crooked, cheap, expensive contractors here and they were the best. No doubt about it. Thank you stellar construction! Your very satisfied customers, Jeff and Lynn.

Micah is an extremely nice guy, but his work ethic is terrible. My house was supposed to have a door replaced, one wall resided and painted in MAY. It is now September and I'm still trying to coordinate with him to get out here and finish it. His company is sloppy with no attention to detail. There are multiple places that the paint is messed up or smudged (address numbers, doors, corners etc) and there is also paint EVERYWHERE. Didn't look to see at all what kind of mess they were making, it's all over my chairs, pots and plants. While replacing my door he gouged 3 spots in the floor and ripped off a connecting piece (which was thrown in my yard). I'm still waiting for him to come fix this. On top of all this, they don't clean up after themselves at all. When they finished the siding job there were nails, wood, siding, and all sorts of other debris in the yard. I run a dog sitting business out of my home so this is not ok! I can't have a dog be hurt by stepping or chewing on those things. When it was brought to Micah's attention his response was "Yeah I'm always after my guys to pick up after themselves". But nothing changed! The next time they came to replace the door and do painting there was crap everywhere! Sharp pieces of wood, nails, tape ect. Not good if you have animals or children in your yard. They also set up in the front yard and gouged a huge hole out of the grass. On top of ALL of this, one of the guys had his girlfriend come to our house and hung out in our yard! She was using our hose to help him rinse off this tools. She was there for over an hour, it was extremely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. My house doesn't look terrible, but it doesn't look fantastic either. I would never use this company again and I recommend you don't either!

Very efficient

Micah was the first to respond to our request for an estimate. He and his crew were pleasant to work with and we would hire them again without question. They replaced our 30 year old deck and stairs and were truly interested in doing a good job.

Micah and his crew did a great job tearing down the existing deck and building a new, solid, well-designed deck and stairs. Cleaned up the job site, answered all my questions and was pleasant to work with.

I hired this company to install a Sunsetter awning on my deck. The man arrived with two helpers to assist. Although it took them awhile to do the install, they did a good job. They also took away the long cardboard tubes that the awning and cover came in and disposed of them for me. Well worth the money that I paid them for this install which I COULD NOT have done myself (despite what Sunsetter rates as an "easy do-it-yourself" installation).

I was very impressed with Micah from our first meeting. He presented a very complete picture of what could be done in building my deck. This was a combination of both deck and cover. The bid was competitive, but the biggest selling point was Micah's personality. The completed project has met and exceeded my expectations. The quality of workmanship is top notch. I received not only a wonderful new deck and cover, but also he added some beautiful finishing touches. I also received very good advice on care and maintenance. I would definitely hire Stellar Construction again.

I ended up having a complete deck resurface. My deck looks great now. The service was outstanding. Micah worked around my schedule, and completed the work very efficiently. He was a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again without hesitation, and highly recommend him.

Micah was very personable and understanding to what I needed. He was professional and explained his plans and made sure that I understood and asked if I had questions. He seemed very trustworthy and I felt safe hiring him for the job.

Micah Bridges was responsive and efficient. He called over the weekend in response to my Servicemagic query. He came to my house to bid on the project the next day. He listened to what I wanted and offered helpful advice. He was able to complete the project the day after that. The trellis was completed as planned and looks beautiful. The price couldn't be beat. Michah is an agreeable, straight-forward, person. Easy to work with.
