Hired to install a new electrical panel, generator transfer switch, and a few new outdoor outlets. A technician, working on a live panel, blew the circuits for my geothermal furnace which caused the circuit board to fry. Switched breakers from one box to the other and did not label anything. I now have to guess what powers what. They did split the cost of the fried circuit board of $1200 repair with me. Of course, it was their fault 100%. Installed the outdoor outlets for the pool heater but never ran the line. Installed the wrong connection (female) for the generator transfer switch, which they said they would replace with the male portion. It has been since December, endless follow-ups and excuses from Bryan yet nothing has been done. Nowm he ignores follow-up emails. What started out promising quickly went downhill. Beware...

I hired steller to upgrade my home to a 200 amp service. A few months ago I would have rated them 4 stars, as the issues after the work were minor and they returned promptly to fix them. They did the work very promptly which I was happy with. However, we recently discovered the microwave circuit breaker was poorly wired. The wire was loose which caused the wire to heat up and melt. I would attach pictures but it doesnâ t let me. We are thankful the breaker popped and did not cause a fire. I will be replacing the breaker and melted wire myself so I know itâ s done right. I am disappointed we had this issue as the reason we hired a professional to do the work was so it was done properly and safely.
