Jordan is also very thorough, he took the time to walk the property with me on day 1 and we spent over an hour going over all the small/ odd ball things I needed done. He then took the time to create a well thought out and all encompassing cost estimate for me. He always had a smile on his face every time I dropped by and he worked quickly on my property, navigating lead times and holidays. I appreciate all the work he has done and would definitely hire him again! He is great at what he does!

I hired Flint River handyman services and was completely satisfied with the work that Jordan, the owner, provided. Our house needed significant gutter repair and cleaning. He did a thorough inspection, took copious notes on areas of specific concern and provided a detailed estimate that broke out each stage of the job and what would be required to complete it. This was not just a gutter clean and repair job, we have a two level house with back gutters that require a scissor lift to reach safely and other hard to access spots.
