GREAT JOB! Good price, very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future for other construction projects. (For some reason the opening of this survey would only let me rank them a 4.5 but, they were a 5.0)

My sliding glass door kept sticking and finally couldnâ t slide it open. Over the phone I got a quote for the two things that could be wrong. The wheels and or the track. Turns out all it needed was the wheels. I appreciate his honesty and swiftness in getting the job done. Definitely would hire for other projects.

I had a patio door which needed to have the rollers replaced. When Logan Stellmacher came to my house, he quoted me a reasonable price. I agreed and he started the work. After a bit he realized that the original installers did a poor job. Logan had a very hard time trying to get the door out without success. I suggested and approved an unconventional approach. He offered to come back a couple of days later to try that. After a total of approximately three hours he completed the job wonderfully. He successfully spared me the large cost of replacing the entire structure. He could have easily charged much more, so I was very satisfied with the final cost and quality of his work. I highly recommend Stellmacher‘s Construction.

They were truly outstanding they came right away, did the dis assembly got needed parts,ran into unexpected problems they stayed here until they fully resolved the problem. Was no extra charge for difficulties they ran into. Exceptionally courteous.

Logan, the contractor was very good. He knew what needed to be done, got the right parts and did the job in a timely manner. I did feel he was a little pricey for the job but other than that, we are satisfied.
