Great company, they stand by there product. I had a stair riser that cracked 6 months after the project and the problem was immediately addressed and fixed. The stairs came out great and I also used them to stain and paint. They were also better with the pricing than everyone else

Step by step was early to my home and did a demolition and repair of my basement steps at a good pace. They clean up after themselves and leave you with a piece of art, i would highly reccomend them.

Rob was extremely helpful and responsive during the initial planning stages. He measured two existing 6 riser stairs in a split level home accurately and built replacements in his shop while work with us on the design for the railings / newel posts / spindels, etc. over the phone. Demolition and installation of the staircase took place in one day and the overall process was less than a week. Rob's pricing was extremely attractive and the quality of the work was excellent. My general contractor was very impressed and told me he would be calling on Rob in the future for his stair needs. Very highly recommended.

Excellent service and workmanship by this company. From the initial consultation, to measurement, to follow up, this company is top notch. Rob was great and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. We switched out an iron stair rail with wood and ended up having to have something custom made. They took so much time and effort to ensure it was done correctly, I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
