We have been using this company for years and they clean once a week and accommodate our schedule and needs. They are honest and always show up and even notify us if there is a complication like a traffic jam or some activity that blocks their arrival time as they previously advised. They are reliable and honest. If we have some special project or need, we can always change things. They are excellent cleaning company.

JMA has been providing housecleaning services for my clients and me over 14 years, whether one-time, move-in, move-out, or regularly scheduled service. Debbie Alvarado and her team are flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, totally trustworthy and customer-focused, and she has delighted everyone I've known who has hired her. Can't say enough good things about both Debbie and her husband Jorge Alvarado, who operates the painting & drywall side of the JMA business. JMA is the type of small business that I feel good recommending to my pickiest real estate clients because they provide quality service and good value for me and my fellow agents. JMA's very recent cleaning job for me was after the coronavirus outbreak when I wanted to sanitize my large home to feel safer and more comfortable during Virginiaâ s stay at home order. The cleaners wore masks and gloves and kept a safe physical distance from each other and my family. This time happened to be a comprehensive one-time service: Spring Cleaning! I do my own intermittent detailed cleaning and don't use a weekly or biweekly cleaning service, as I've never been satisfied with traditional maid service. While I don't feel that way about JMA, there are some higher priorities in my family's current budget so I havenâ t called upon them for myself as much as for real estate clients. Incidentally, JMA Painting & Drywall finished a large project for me last month - porch repairs (wood replacement), exterior painting and some interior drywall repair and painting. Between the two sides of JMA's business in March, my house would be ready for a large gathering. But we'll just enjoy our clean and organized house on our own for now, until it's safe to socialize again in large numbers. However, Iâ ll have no hesitation calling Debbie back in as I believe a clean and healthy home is an excellent way to combat the coronavirus, especially with my very elderly mother living with us.

I needed some painting within a couple of days, and JMA was able to come to my home and do the work. I was very pleased. He was courteous and professional.

While the work was rather good, they were over an hour late with no notice, so that's an immediate "never again" from me

BEST Home Advisor hire EVER! If I could give ten stars I would. I needed help getting my house cleaned for out of town visitors right before Christmas. It was so last minute I was afraid I would not find anyone. But Debbie squeezed me in at 6 am on the day of the arrival. She and her assistant cleaned all the public rooms in my house: great room, living room, dining room, family room, office, kitchen, stairs and bathroom in two hours flat for an unbelievably fair price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I think I've found my cleaning service for life!
