Highly unprofessional. Hired them to excavate my yard and install a new lawn as well as put an L-shaped pad in my back yard. The lawn was not raked and full of rocks when they seeded. Terrible. Some were so large that I had to remove them before mowing the grass that did grow. Left my house ungrounded by removing the 8 foot grounging rod and never replacing it. Took my rear steps down to put in the L shaped pad which was never done. The steps are still laying in my back yard! Started this job before last winter and as of today 7-1 is still not completed. They also managed to damage my new concrete porch that was done right before hiring Y.A.W....Kris Davanzo also hasn't refunded the $1000.00 paid for not installing the L shaped pad...Beware of this fly by night owner!

"Unfortunately we were unable to come to terms with Mr. Chris Warden. Y.A.W. Corps provided the service stated in the contract to completion. The client was given specific instructions on how to follow up to ensure his grass seed would grow. The instructions were quite simplistic. Water your grass twice daily, so the seed will grow. We recommended a sprinkler system attached to a garden hose to save the client the trouble. When asked about this, the client replied; and I quote "Mother nature did it for me". The client failed to heed our warning, and demanded the job be done again at zero cost. Y.A.W. Corps will not be held liable due to the lack of the clients compliance. In addition, Y.A.W. Corps possesses a strict "no refund on deposits" policy that the client was fully aware of. After being dismissed of any further duties by Mr. Chris Warden, Y.A.W. Corps kept our non refundable deposit of $650.00 and considered this matter to be closed."

Kris is personable and hard working. He had to work around the weather, but when he said he would be here he was and if something changed he let me know. This tree removal was not run of the mill. It was against power lines and close to two fences and a neighborâ s garage. But Kris managed to bring it down without much problem. His price was way less than everyone else. I highly recommend him.

In late February I had a package delivery carrier decide that it was easier to pull into my narrow driveway with his large truck to deliver a 1 pound box. He managed to drive out into a good chunk of my yard. Spun tires and all, created large holes in the yard and when it rained I had several little pools. I had called many other landscaping contractors, and discovered that most donâ t do residential. In other words. smaller jobs. I finally contacted Home Advisor and Kris called me within minutes. He was very nice and polite. He came out to the house, assessed the damages and gave me an estimate, which I deemed very reasonable. I am very pleased with the job he did in my yard, he filled in the holes and leveled the ground, reseeded and covered with hay, and didn't leave me a mess in the driveway which is a plus. Kris did some repair work on my porch and is making a gazebo for me in the future and has all the plans drawn up. He is very sociable, answers all my questions, a lot lower than other people I called about for the repair job, so very reasonable and very affordable.
