"This is a common thing in construction, unfortunately. The water lines that we broke were in the middle of the site and only at 4" depth, it was unpredictable to see. As for our depth, the lines we installed were on the perimeter of the newly constructed site and are acceptable at the depth we put it, just like a drip line would be. If it was in the middle of a field or open area, then we would have applied the code of 12'' depth. Were it should have been in the first place. As for the repair we did address it immediately, it was mainline with no shut-off and did not want this customer to go without water for the night. We wanted to give her."
"As you can see from his own words my friends, we made every attempt to make this customer happy. we did an over lay after we found a hair line crack, this over lay cost more then the project. I see now that the failed attempts were in vain, do to his own well being, not ours. and there's nothing we can do with one's own personal life. As you can see from our past reviews, this customer is alone, and proves my point.
