Step Up Home Improvements

We hired Step Up Home Improvements to handle a few upgrades around the house that we had been putting off for a while. From the first appointment, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work. The crew stayed on schedule, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean throughout the project. By the time everything was finished, the house looked more updated and polished than before. The quality of the work really stood out, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

Great flooring company I highly recommend their installation and their LVP product

Excellent work and service.

We had a great experience today at Step Up Home Improvements. Derrick was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in guiding us through our flooring purchase. We were able to get a high-quality LVP product at a great price thanks to Derrick. They had ample stock for us to be able to leave with what we needed. Their show room is beautiful. I definitely recommend them for any DIY or renovation projects!

I highly recommend Step Up Home Improvement. They just finished a complete remodel (gut) of my kitchen and I’m extremely happy. Here are the highlights. 1. They were the most competitively priced—I got a few quotes before finding them on Nextdoor. 2. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided good guidance. Arsen went with me to pick out my counters, and he was patient and helpful. 3. They were reliable—showed up on time when promised. 4. They were responsive—I never had to wait to get answers, whether by email, text or phone. 5. They made things right when things went wrong. My sink was installed dented and they quickly swapped it out, they repainted when I wasn’t satisfied and did extra drywall repairs. 6. They were transparent in their pricing. The schedule of payments was true to the contract even though there were deviations in the scope of work—picking up tile, taking extra trash, storing countertops. 7. They handled the permitting and scheduled all of the inspections. Their professionalism and expertise made my very stressful project much more manageable. So, here are before and after pictures!

They were very responsive company, committed to the highest quality customer service, and very flexible on all the aspects of the project.

Excellent work! Very professional and punctual! Very good service and customer service. They were able to send me a construction manager to oversee ongoing work. I hired them again for my accent wall. I could select my own stones in their warehouse. Highly recommend them.
