We were able to get a high-quality LVP product at a great price thanks to Derrick. They had ample stock for us to be able to leave with what we needed. Their show room is beautiful. They were the most competitively priced—I got a few quotes before finding them on Nextdoor. 2. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided good guidance. Arsen went with me to pick out my counters, and he was patient and helpful. 3. They were reliable—showed up on time when promised. 4. They were responsive—I never had to wait to get answers, whether by email, text or phone. 5. They made things right when things went wrong. My sink was installed dented and they quickly swapped it out, they repainted when I wasn’t satisfied and did extra drywall repairs. 6. They were transparent in their pricing. The schedule of payments was true to the contract even though there were deviations in the scope of work—picking up tile, taking extra trash, storing countertops. 7. They handled the permitting and scheduled all of the inspections. Their professionalism and expertise made my very stressful project much more manageable. So, here are before and after pictures!
