Stephen and his family team did an outstanding job building a deck for me. The craftsmanship is top notch. My family and I really love the deck! Stephen is kinda laid back and for a Type A personality like mine at times I needed more communication and more definitive schedules. He was always very receptive to feedback. Overall - great work. I appreciated his suggestions on design and structure. He was always very patient with me. I definitely plan to hire him again.

Stephen came out and completed the work , did a great job, the concern was Bradley got busy and it took awhile for him to get to me, but with that said I am happy with the work that was done

We are pleased with the new bi-fold doors that Stephen installed in our home. He was a good communicator throughout the process and got the job done quickly. Would recommend.

After moving in July, we had a number of home projects to get done around the house. Steve has helped us with many things, ranging from cleaning our rain gutters and fixing a leaky bay window to installing a soffit vent and bathroom exhaust fan to mounting a TV above our fireplace to building a walk-in kitchen pantry. He really is a jack of all trades! His prices are fair and he is up front and honest about his intentions for every project. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with Steve as other projects come up in the future!

I hired him August 30th to fix a roof leak near my chimney. He came out, was on my roof for about 4 minutes, and said he was done. Charged me $350 to put sealant on a small leak around my chimney. I thought that was ridiculous, but I paid him because it was just after a big storm, and roofers were too busy to fix a small leak. Two months later I see the roof is still leaking and call him. I now realize that what he did must of washed away and I had the exact same problem. He said he would come out to fix it. HE NEVER DID. I contacted him a week later asking why he hadn't come to fix my roof already since he lives 7 minutes from me, right down the street. He said he would be there next week. Once again no show, started texting him. Now he would not answer my text. After and only after I contacted HomeAdvisor he texted me that he had pulled a muscle late last week, and he could not use a ladder to fix my roof. Now this is where I caught him in another lie, I have a text from him from a week ago, saying he was coming to fix my roof that week, now he says he was injured and that is why he never came to fix my roof. He knew that water was coming in my house, causing damage to my house and instead of coming and fixing what he didn't fix the first time, he chose to lie and say he was coming when he was injured and could not come. This guy could care less about the customer and their house or property. He does not fix what he says he will fix, and lies instead of coming to make repairs. I now saw his other reviews this is what he does, once he has your money, you will never hear from him or see him again unless you contact home advisor. Even now he will not give my money back so I can hire someone else. After I made it clear several times that I want my money back now, he had plenty of chances to make it right and redo the repair, he had to nerve to tell me he was coming out to fix my roof. I told him no I do not want you here, I want my money back. He sends me another text I am coming out today to fix your roof, like a bully trying to intimidate me. Do not hire this guy if you want to have your home repaired. RUN RUN RUN

Steve on several occasions has repaired our backyard fence, installed our clothes line, and rewired our outdoor lights. He is prompt, precise and thorough. I highly recommend him for a whole variety of jobs.

We hired Steve to replace our back stairs leading down from the deck to the lawn, which had rotted through. He was incredibly responsive when we contacted him, his quote was very clear and specific, and the work was done within a week. He was also able to install a custom-made safety gate on the deck, which looks beautiful and covers our exact needs--we have an inquisitive toddler and need gates everywhere. Highly recommended--we have other projects coming up in the future for which I hope to call him again!

Stephen was easy to work with. He s very reliable, professional, friendly, courteous. He remained in contact with us up to the day he provided his services replacing our in-wall AC unit. The new AC unit looks good. Works great. Looking forward to hiring him again for future projects. We highly recommend Stephen.

Once we connected Steve was prompt in replying and he did the work the next day. His quote the the replacing several boards on my deck was reasonable and considerably less than other quotes I got.
