These guys were great and I'd use them again. They really know natural gas and I was comforatable giving them additional work I found the price to be higher than their competitors but you get what you pay for ---and I want to be sure my natural gas works with no leaks! Nice folks.

Steve saved my home renovation project. He was able to quickly naviaigate the NIGHTMARE Orleans Parish Permit Process for BOTH Water and GAS ( water heater ). That is no easy task. His team came in and were no BS with observationa and solutions for HUD home that was vacant for 3 years. He also gave me the best bid of SIX oother plumbing firms. I will use no one else for my plumbing work.

I am a pro myself so I know what I am looking for. I needed to get quotes that day. I explained this to Stephen on the phone, and he came out that same day. He gave a good price, and was very courteous. He showed up the next day, just like he said, and completed the job. They also did pristine work, and even cleaned up afterwards. Mr. Schultz was most professional and knew exactly where the problem was. I had used another well known company who came out didn't know what was wrong and after trying to fix said he couldn't guarantee the work. I would and have recommended Stephen Schuyltz Plumbing to my friends and will continue to do so. I rate this company with the highest rating possible. Unfortunately this particular customers request could not be scheduled during any openings we had remaining on that day. We believe this customer simply used another Service Magic professional. We take great pride in our professionalism & craftsmanship, and our ratings are a direct reflection. Perhaps this customer could have simply not left a feedback rather than 3 stars (most all of our other ratings show 5 of 5 stars) I can only hope this customer will try us again so we have the opportunity to prove to them unmatched service & affordable quality!!"

Stephen Schulz went above and beyond what he had to do to make our family happy. He tried multiple times to accomodate us with the RO system we purchased outside of his company but after repeated problems we decided to go with the unit Stephen Schulz provided instead. We are extremly happy with the new RO system! So thankful Stephen Schulz continued to be patient with us while trying to accomodate our budget.
