Specific contractor had too many jobs going on at far-away locations. He hurried away at one time in my treed driveway and hit a tree and shattered the glass on his vans rear door window. He cleaned up the glass, but shards remain. Third and final polyurethane coat not as shiny as I expected.

I hired Stephen Duff Construction to re-shingle my roof to include a few other projects (deck & doors). Stephen provided the most affordable quotes of the four contractors I contacted. He even provided me a military discount on the projects. The craftsmanship and the customer service was top notch from the crew, thank you Debra, Nelson, and Paul! I had a very good experience with his company and highly recommend them for any home improvement work you’re planning for you property.

Steve contacted me within 1 hour of my posting, had an estimate the following day and completed the job within a week. His crew was very professional and courteous. The final cleanup was excellent. After gathering estimates from a 3-4 people I settled on Steve Duff because his price was extremely reasonable (not the lowest!) and he really took the most time to examine the roofing project and deliver an accurate appraisal. He did not try to up sell with additional products and asked the right questions to eliminate what was not necessary. He also offered some leeway in negotiations for final pricing. Finally (and most important) he was always on time with his appointments, finished the roof in one day (as promised) and followed up for additional cleanup and to see if we were satisfied (we are..it is a great roof.) Definitely would recommend or use again.
