We hired Hasset Electrical to replace the high-ceiling light bulbs in our family room. They arrived on time and explained some better lighting options. They even went out to get the fixtures and installed them right away. Both Steve and Cam were professional and friendly. We would definitely hire them again for future projects.

I've hired Hassett a couple of times now. I was having issues with hard-wired detectors, and they had only tied one new one into the house. I contacted Steve, who immediately offered to take a look. Rather than have them drive 45 mins for something small, I attempted to fix it. When it was determined that the situation needed professional eyes, Steve didn't hesitate to schedule a Saturday visit. Naturally, none of the detectors were randomly beeping like they had been. Hassett checked everything, replaced the new smoke/carbon monoxide detector, fixed two other small concerns, and stayed an extra ½ hour to ensure everything was fine. They stand by their work, and if any questions, take the time to patiently investigate. Rates are comparable, the guys are friendly, and as Master Electricians, they really know their stuff. Even if they went insane and increased rates, I'd still hire them. I don't trust anyone else with the electrical safety of my home, and you shouldn't either.

I selected GH Electrical, DBA Hassett Electrical through Home Depots Pro Services to have plugs installed for my electric oven and micro wave. I feel that I was totally misled on the quote, and frankly got screwed. I immediately questioned the quote as being very high. Steve told me that the job could take up to 5 hours, possibly even have to cut sheet rock etc... I was not at the property at the time. I got quoted 1200.00, I, thinking this could be a huge job said ok. The 1200.00 charge was more than the cost of the oven and micro wave combined. He left the job leaving two electricians there. Bottom line is that they finished the actual job in less than 1 hour!! When I called to complain about the charge, he did absolutely nothing and trying to justify his 1200.00 charge. I'm not an electrician by any means. When I got home, It was very obvious with all the room behind the panel that they'd be no issue running the wire, The panel was six feet away. I've a compliant with Home Depot and I will never recommend GH Electrical services or DBA Hassett Electrical. feel I was totally taken advantage of. There is no justification to charge 1200.00 for two circuits and plugs that were installed in less than one
