Apart from that, he was a delight to work with in that he is so congenial and was able to answer all my questions, as well as provide additional insight to me on the appraisal process. Also, he was available for phone calls afterward. Extremely quick turnaround. I can't highly recommend him enough! I wish I knew more folks right now to be able to refer him.
